According to Vassilev, there is an alternative center of state governance and it is not in the Council of Ministers.

"This government is robbing the Bulgarian people, we want it to fall. Every day this government costs us billions. Every day it artificially raises inflation. They raised the price of electricity by 13%, and water by over 20% in places. "You see what a problem there is in Pleven," said Asen Vassilev.
