President Georgi Parvanov questioned the idea of a possible political project by Rumen Radev. In an interview with bTV, he stated that such an initiative would hardly be successful, referring to his personal experience, quoted by novini.bg.
According to him, without established structures at the local level, a new party is doomed to poor results, and in the current political environment there is no room for new formations.

Parvanov said that he was very disappointed with the state of Bulgarian politics and described society as “disheartened“. He made a comparison with the Unification, when there was a clear cause and statesmen ready to take risks.

According to him, the national goal should not be reduced solely to Euro-Atlantic values, but to equality with other European nations – a mission that Vasil Levski also spoke about.
