The former commander in chief of the forces of NATO in Europe and American General Wesley Clark warned of the possibility of new conflicts in the Balkans, accusing Serbia of working in the interests of Russia, reports the Bosnian portal Klix, quoted by BTA.
In an interview with Radio Free Europe, Clark stated, among other things, that Serbia is a "magnet that draws Russian imperialism to the Balkans" and warned that if this country does not stop in Ukraine, there may be new conflicts in the Balkans.
The American general also stated that "Serbia is a destabilizing factor in Kosovo and in North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina". "The way to a solution is to defeat Russia in Ukraine, to reduce Russian support for Serbia to another level so that Serbia understands that its future is with the West," Clark said.
"When the Serbs understand this, there will be no problem with Kosovo,” said the American general.
