The Israel Defense Forces air defense system successfully intercepted a surface-to-surface missile land that flew across the Lebanese border into Israeli territory, the army's press service reported.
A further 10 projectiles were also fired from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee region of northern Israel. Some of them have been detected, the press service notes.
