US, Europe and Ukraine send Putin a list of 22 conditions to end the war in Ukraine

Among them are a 30-day ceasefire and the US's agreement for Ukraine to remain outside NATO

Negotiators from the US, Europe and Ukraine have drawn up a list of proposals to end the conflict with Russia, NBC News reported, citing its sources.

It sets out 22 conditions that should help end the conflict in Ukraine.

The document includes a proposal for a 30-day ceasefire and also “responds to Putin's request that the United States not support Ukraine's accession to NATO“.

The document will be handed to the Russian leader by US President Donald Trump's special envoy, Stephen Witkoff. However, when Witkoff will do this is not yet known. NBC News sources did not specify the content of the remaining proposals for a deal in Ukraine.

Trump's special envoy Keith Kellogg commented on the idea of a 30-day ceasefire with Ukraine. A full ceasefire would begin the process of ending Europe's largest conflict since the end of World War II, he said.

During the talks in Kiev, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called Trump to clarify their positions. They noted that Ukraine and all allies are ready for a complete and unconditional ceasefire for at least 30 days, starting on Monday, May 12.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga specified that Kiev and its allies are ready for a complete, unconditional ceasefire on land, in the air and at sea.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia supports the idea of a 30-day ceasefire, taking into account "some nuances". Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also announced readiness for a ceasefire.

Putin held a night meeting with Russian and Western journalists, at which he summarized the results of the four-day meetings and events dedicated to Victory Day. He also commented on the situation with the conflict in Ukraine and suggested that Kiev resume direct negotiations without preconditions, setting their date and place - May 15 in Istanbul, "where the negotiations were held earlier and where they were interrupted".

Advisor to the Russian President Yuri Ushakov added that Moscow is ready to start negotiations with Ukraine and is awaiting Kiev's reaction to its initiative. "We are ready to start negotiations with Kiev on May 15 in the morning", the politician emphasized.
