The midnight Russian attack on Ukraine was one of the largest to date and proves that Moscow has no intention of stopping its strikes without serious international pressure. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a publication on the "Ex" platform, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.

“For every such attack on people and human life, they must bear the corresponding sanctions and blows - on their economy, income and infrastructure“, Zelensky wrote, defining the attack as “deliberate, massive and cynical“.

He stressed that the Russian side “once again shows that it has no intention of ending war and terror“.

Zelensky's statement comes against the backdrop of another wave of Russian drone and missile strikes against Ukrainian cities, which have caused damage to civilian infrastructure and caused numerous casualties.
