Moto Expo 2024 begins with a record number of premieres  - 1

For the second year in a row, the “Arena Sofia“ (the former “Arena Armeets“) hosts one of the largest motorcycle exhibitions on the Balkan Peninsula – Moto Expo 2024. As before, the event gathers the biggest names on the Bulgarian and world market, among which we can find APRILIA, BENELLI, BETA, BMW MOTORRAD, CAN-AM, DUCATI, GASGAS, INDIAN MOTORCYCLE, HARLEY-DAVIDSON, HONDA, HORWIN, KAWASAKI, KTM, KYMCO, LYNX, Ski-Doo, BRP, MOTO GUZZI, MOTO MORINI, PEUGEOT Motorcycles, PIAGGIO, RIEJU, ROYAL ENFIELD, SEA-DOO, SEGWAY POWERSPORTS, STARK, SUR RON, SUZUKI, TRIUMPH, VESPA, YAMAHA, Torrot and others.

The premiere for the Bulgarian market marks the Moto Morini brand, which, after its revival in the world, now also appears on the Bulgarian market with its four models. These are X-Cape, Seiemmezzo STR, Seiemmezzo SCR and Calibro. Each of them has a 650cc four-stroke gasoline engine with a power of 61 horsepower.

On the neighboring stand were the two-wheelers from Honda, where there were over 40 machines with as many as 14 premieres for Bulgaria. This includes the NX500, CB650, CBR500R and CBR600RR, as well as the CBR1000 RR-R. The other premieres are the CRF1100 in 3 versions as well as the NSS 350, NSS750. The NT1100 tourer has also been updated. The best-selling scooters SH125 and SH150 are also completely new.


Continuing with the Japanese machines, the Yamaga stand offered a visible MT-09 and MT-09 SP Hyper Naked, the Ténéré 700 Extreme and Ténéré 700 Explore. An all-new Sport Heritage model is the XSR900 GP, with a Grand Prix design from the 80s and 90s. The urban mobility range is from the Ticity, TMAX and XMAX models, enhanced by the lightweight new RayZR scooter.


The Kawasaki models debuting in Bulgaria are the ZX-4R, ZX-6R, Ninja E-1, Eliminator 500. In addition to them, the rest of the brand's models will be present at the stand, and right next to them is the KTM range with the premiere Super Duke 1390 R Evo and 990 Duke.

Suzuki presents itself with the premiere V-Strom 800, GSX-8R, Hayabusa - 25th Anniversary Edition and the amazing GSX-S 1000 GX model.

Piaggio, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa represent Italy with models such as the Stelvio 1000, Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 Ultra Gold, Vespa Primavera and Spring and the three-wheeled MP3 300, MP3 400 and MP3 530 Exclusive from Piaggio.

The Italians are also represented by Ducati, who will have three boutique models – Diavel for Bentley, Multistrada GT and Hyper Mono. In the same place we can also find Beta's bikes with 300 Racing, 300 Xtrainer, 200 Xtrainer, Enduro 300 RR, 390 RR 4T, 350 RR 4T and the specialized trial machine - Trial Evo 300 2T Factory.

Bennelli presents the TRK 702X, TRK 502X, TRK 251, BN 125 and TN 125, as well as the TNT 500.

BMW Mottorad is included with five premieres including the BMW R 1300 GS, F 900 GS, BMW F 900 GS Adventure, R 12 and BMW S 1000 XR.

Harley Davidson is present at the show with the CVO Road Glide ST, CVO Street Glide and CVO Road Glide, and the oldest American brand – Indian returns to the show with the FTR 1200 S Championship Edition and the premier Indian Sport Chief.

The presence of the Bulgarian brand Balkanic Electric Sport, or BES for short, is also interesting. Guests will be able to enjoy the BESR10, BES SR20 and BES SR20R bikes. They have a peak power of 50 to 140 kW, a range of 150 to 300 km and a maximum speed of 150 km/h. The battery capacity is 10 and 20 kilowatt hours, and the charging time is 3.5 and 6 hours, respectively.

Premier brand for Bulgaria are Horwin electric mopeds, the brand has been in our country since May last year and presents itself with its two main models, Horwin EK and Horwin SK. Electric Stark Future and Sur-Ron are also present as already familiar brands for the Bulgarian public.

Peugeot Motorcycles will display the new XP400 and the latest versions of the iconic Django, Tweet and Metropolis.

Rieju, GasGas and the electric Torrot share a stand, and visitors will see the MR125 PRO, MR 300 Racing 2024, MR 300 Pro 2024, MR 300 Six Days Argentina, and also the Supermoto model MRT50 SM PRO 2024, Aventura 500 Red, Aventura 125 Legend, etc.

Forest machines continue with the Can-Am Spyder RT, Can-Am Maverick R and Renegade X. Sea-Do's RXP-X RS and SPARK TRIXX jets can also be found on the same stand.

In addition, Royal Enfield will be present at Moto Expo 2024 with Himalayan and Interceptor 650 and Shotgun 650. CFmoto Bulgaria, Moto Boom, LED Bulgaria, Motoaccent, Gmoto, Motopower, Technopolis, Rewaco, Raymax, Garmin, E- mountain bike, Mymoto.bg, Surron, Cafe Racer Club Bulgaria, KJ custom, Corona Pleven and others.

Moto Expo 2024 opens its doors to visitors this Saturday - April 20 and will remain open to visitors until Tuesday with opening hours from 10am to 7.30pm and 10am to 2.30pm on Tuesday. In addition to the exhibition in the hall, visitors can also enjoy a show program including the "Globe of Death" as well as other demonstrations, including a stunt show, a children's traffic safety school, children's go-karting and others.
