The BG-ALERT system in the Sveti Vlas region and the holiday village "Elenite" was activated by order of the Burgas regional governor, reports the Bulgarian National Radio. The reason is expected intense rainfall on the territory of the Municipality.
The message is for informational purposes and aims to warn residents.
"Due to expected intense rainfall on the Southern Black Sea Coast, we call for increased attention! If necessary, call 112! Regional Governor of Burgas Region", the message reads.
Earlier this evening, Tsarevo Municipality announced that it was also activating BG-ALERT, due to possible intense rainfall during the night.
