A young girl is missing for the second day. The Mountain Rescue Service and the Ministry of Interior have been searching for her continuously since the moment she was reported missing. Today, dozens of volunteers joined them. On November 6, Stephanie left her home: without documents, keys and phone, reports BNT.

Maya, close to the family: "She is wearing a white jacket below the knees, brown trousers that are like flesh color and gray cut mountain boots."

The girl was last seen at 17:06 near the "Boyana" residence, climbing the mountain. Since then, her traces have been lost.

Emil Neshev, director of the Mountain Rescue Service: "Gradually the entire area has been bypassed like paths, like buildings, like huts. In cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, cameras with possible routes for the girl's passage have also been studied. Including dogs, including drones, the latest generation of drones."

Stefani loved the mountains. Her favorite places are the hut and peak “Kamen del”, Kopitoto and the Boyana waterfall. That is why it is possible for her to move along an unmarked route and outside the outlined paths.

Maya, close to the family: "I know Stefi, her mother. We are just friends and we came to help. Very unpleasant, I hope the child is alive and well. Since I can't walk - we came by car and basically since yesterday we have been walking around Dragalevtsi and Boyana. I ask everyone to check their cameras, it is possible that she has also gone down towards Sofia. I beg all the people who visit Vitosha today to look around, to check the huts, the hollows, the shelters. Just to look around themselves."

Early this morning the search continued.

Emil Neshev, director of the Mountain Rescue Service: "There are 8 dogs from the dog rescue group on the ground. There are also many volunteers who came to help. I am glad that they heard us and came in coordination to do their work with us, so that we don't overlap, so that we don't get in the way."

Peter spent his childhood in the area. That's why he decided to volunteer.

Petar Pavlov, volunteer: "The PSS have made tracks for the walks. Where we plan to go with the gentleman has not been walked yet. We will try to walk it. There is no path along a river, difficult terrain with quarries, rock falls. We pray that he is alive and well."

"BNT: Did you expand the perimeter - all the way to Vladaya?
The latest information is that it has gone in that direction," explained Emil Neshev.
