The Prosecutorial College of the Supreme Judicial Council dismissed Daniela Taleva from the function of prosecutor investigating crimes committed by the Prosecutor General and his deputies.
The dismissal is considered effective from December 7, when the two-year mandate set for the ad hoc prosecutor expires, BNT reported.
The decision of the Prosecutorial College is sent to the Judicial College, which should reinstate Taleva as a judge in the Sofia City Court.
The decision was taken unanimously and without debate.
