In the Western Stara Planina and on the high plains of Western Bulgaria, rain will mix with snow, but by the morning in most areas the precipitation will stop.
The wind will be from the west-northwest, weak. Minimum temperatures will be mainly between 1° and 6°, in the valleys of Western Bulgaria up to minus 2°, and in Sofia – around 1°. Atmospheric pressure is lower than the average for the month. It will increase during the day.
The cloudiness over the western half of the country will remain significant with precipitation in the mountainous areas, where above 1000 - 1300 meters above sea level the rain will turn into snow. Over the remaining areas it will break up and decrease. There will be a weak, moderate wind from the west-northwest in the Danube Plain and colder air will penetrate with it. Maximum temperatures will be mostly between 5°C and 10°C, in Sofia around 6°C.
On the Black Sea coast it will be variable cloudy. There will be a weak, moderate wind from the northwest along the northern coast. Maximum temperatures will be 12°C-13°C. The sea water temperature is 13°C-16°C. The sea waves will be 2-3 points.
In the mountains it will be mostly cloudy, with light rain, in places above 1100-1300 meters above sea level - snow. There will be moderate, on the high peaks to strong winds from the northwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 3°, at 2000 meters - about minus 3°.
