In connection with the video published yesterday, documenting a violation of the Road Traffic Act on “Tsar Samuil“ and “Alabin“ Streets in Sofia, which created a real danger and obstacle to the movement of another vehicle on a one-way street, I ordered immediate action. This was written on “Facebook” by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Georgi Kandev.
"Early this morning I ordered my colleagues from the SDVR to begin operational-search measures to clarify all the facts and circumstances of the case. As a result of the quick and professional response, the woman in the video was identified, and the witness who filmed what happened gave detailed testimony," he added.
