Behind closed doors: The Prosecution College listens to five prosecutors who worked on the "Martin Bojanov - Notary" cas - 1

The Prosecution College of the SCC is hearing five supervising prosecutors from the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office in the case against Martin Bojanov - the Notary. Since the investigation has not yet been completed, the personnel decided to hold the meeting behind closed doors, BNT reported.

Yordan Petrov, Deyan Zahariev, Svetoslav Milushev, Maria Kabalakova and Plamen Ivanov came to the personnel authority building, but refused to answer media questions

According to sources close to the investigation, Bojanov has built a scheme to influence his property cases by appealing to the judicial panel, if they did not develop in his favor.

According to unofficial information, data is being checked to see if Bojanov's group was also involved in money laundering.

Last week, the former chief prosecutor Sotir Tsatsarov was questioned in the Supreme Court. He denied ties to Bojanov and asked if the murdered broker in the judicial system was an associate of the security services.
