"The Audit Office is the institution that controls the financing of all kinds of public finances. The biggest guarantee for fair elections is the control over the financing of the elections, over the financing of the parties, and the financing of the election campaigns. And from this point of view, I think that a person with Glavchev's profile will have a special sensitivity and responsibility towards the preparation of elections", the political scientist pointed out.
She explained that Dimitar Glavchev has two possible options for forming a cabinet - one to keep people from the current cabinet in resignation, and the other to invite people from previous cabinets. "It just depends. , which certainly, of course, does not suggest inviting people from Radev's previous offices. And perhaps only people from Radev's first official cabinet, with a profile that can be taken into account. And of course, people can be invited from Rosen Plevneliev's two offices. Because it is clear that they are that type and have the profile of both experts and people who have been verified in their principled position," specified Prof. Kolarova.
The political scientist drew attention to the fact that the Minister of Finance from Marin Raikov's office is an ideal example of a financier and an expert who can be invited to become Minister of Finance.
