"Bulgaria cannot stand without a foreign minister. The president must immediately sign the decree. We practically do not currently have a foreign minister". This was commented by the co-chairman of the DPS Delyan Peevski on the sidelines of the parliament, quoted by BNT.
It is the prime minister's exclusive right to change ministers and deputy ministers, he said.
"We appeal, Bulgaria cannot sit without a foreign minister in this situation. As far as I can see, the composition of the deputy ministers has not been completed either, the prime minister should do this immediately, and the president should fulfill the Constitution and not violate it. I do not understand the delay in his decree".
Peevski pointed out that he never met with the Minister of Agriculture Kiril Vatev and never supported his candidacy. He also said that he does not regret the changes in the Constitution.
