According to PR expert Nidal Alghafari, one foreign minister cannot change Bulgaria's policy.

"The changes in the constitution had one goal - to relieve Rumen Radev of excessive power, and they were fulfilled. Now everything no longer depends on him", explained Prof. Lozanov.
"The question is whether there will be drastic violations committed by senior officials, they won't afford it and we won't see such big atrocities", commented Alghafari. "What is the best way not to talk about the minister of the interior?, asked Lozanov - to start talking about the minister of foreign affairs, he added. According to Algaffari, we have seen all kinds of options of ministers of foreign affairs. "I think that at this moment everyone is satisfied with the results they will get from the elections,", he added.
