Glavchev's self-elevation as foreign minister was a grave mistake. This comments in "More from the day" on BNT Anton Kutev - spokesman in the interim governments appointed by President Rumen Radev - of Stefan Yanev and Galab Donev.
"It is not true that anyone can become anything. It is not true that anyone can be a minister and it is not true that you can put anyone in the ministerial chair and there will be no consequences. I personally think that Glavchev's self-promotion as foreign minister was a grave mistake on his part. His entire performance during these two weeks as prime minister is highly compromising and problematic, and to do this separately as a foreign minister is simply exaggerating the voters' nerves," Kutev said.
He commented on the turmoil in the assembly before it fell apart.
"It's like in the family - as Blaga Dimitrova used to say - we were the closest, from now on we are the most strangers in the world. So the assembly, which until now worked very well for 9 months, suddenly, when it was disassembled, it started to hate itself furiously and get into all kinds of fights. I am impressed by Mr. Glavchev's capabilities. I have known him since the parliament, but a person who can simultaneously, almost at the same time, be the speaker of the National Assembly, head of the Audit Chamber, prime minister and foreign minister...
