Scheme for registering cars with fake certificates for registration was revealed by employees of the DG “National Police” and ODMR – V. Tarnovo during a joint operation.
It takes place under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office – V. Tarnovo, and the actions are carried out on the territory of ODMVR - V. Tarnovo, Varna, Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora, Lovech and SDVR.
At the moment, 7 such cars have been established, two of them are on the territory of the ODMVR – V. Tarnovo. Two persons were detained for a period of up to 24 hours under the Law on the Ministry of Internal Affairs. An analysis of the collected evidence and a report in accordance with Article 219 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are pending. Work on documenting their entire criminal activity continues.
