There was tension in Plovdiv, we complied with the demands of the regional councils. We always had two guides there - Veska Nencheva and Manol Genov. I hope a reasonable understanding will be found. In the remaining days until May 7, we will find a solution for the Plovdiv region as well. This was stated by Borislav Gutsanov from the BSP in the program "The Day Begins". according to BNT, quoted by novini.bg.
We made an invitation for a big left-wing unification a few months ago. Now on May 1 we are making this unification - 10 left parties and 10 national associations. That's a pretty serious move forward. There are also their representatives in the lists. We have extended an invitation to other left sign leaders. None of them were excluded from the BSP leaders, Gutsanov added.
"The Left" fails to cross the 4% mark. We have reached out to all left parties. The BSP is the center that can unite the left. Our country needs a strong left-wing party and a strong left-wing government, the BSP MP also pointed out.
Gutsanov asked where Vanya Grigorova's funding comes from. "It is clear that someone is sitting, someone with large financial resources,", he thinks.
Regarding a coalition with the PP-DB after the elections, Gutsanov said: "We must not forget who ate the cake with the heads from the Monument to the Soviet Army and who led Bulgaria into an energy crisis. I don't forget anything I said."
