As a priority for the coalition, he indicated reforms in the field of healthcare and education. Gutsanov specified that the practice of private medical institutions taking resources from the health fund should be stopped. According to him, it is imperative to change the rule that money follows the student, which leads to a decrease in the quality of education in our country.
For the upcoming vote, he also said that he hopes voter turnout will increase. I don't think that people will agree with what was presented to us during the administration of academician Nikolay Denkov together with PP-DB , GERB and the courtesy of the DPS, to continue in this way, Gutsanov pointed out. For Varna, he noted that an attempt was made to pass a law on wind farms in the sea, which would destroy tourism and fishing. This madness was stopped thanks to the BSP and the active civil position of the fishermen and the tourist industry, said Gutsanov.
