At the moment Bulgaria has no direction. That's why everything is happening in Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Hungary, Romania. Nothing in Bulgaria, we have nothing to offer. This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borisov in Burgas during the opening of the party's election campaign in the city, FOCUS reported.
The event was also attended by Rosen Zhelyazkov, Maria Gabriel, Zhecho Stankov and others.
"I will take care of this country and I will let GERB deal with it when GERB reaches the level of foreign debt as a percentage of the voters," Borisov declared.
He also criticized the policy regarding money for the municipalities. According to him, "bitter fruits" were yet to be harvested.
Borisov commented again on the topic of the rotation that did not happen: "My analysis, Maria, shows the following, these people, through various schemes, have benefited themselves a lot in the last 3 years. They saw that they were losing a lot. They figured out that if they get along with Prime Minister Maria Gabriel, they will reach the bottom".
"Someone has to come and take out the state... - the previous time it was a year, now it's harder, let's say, a year and a half, two. But after two years of GERB rule, GERB will fall. Then, having absorbed the huge income they have made, they will be on the political stage again," Borisov also said.
The leader of GERB said that there were no foreign investments in the country in the last two years and gave an example of other European countries.
