I personally find two things strange. How is it that at such a large intersection in a curve there is no speed limit in the main direction? In this incident, I personally ask myself many questions, such as how a professional driver, that of the NSO, in the presence of adverse weather conditions in the area of an intersection before the beginning of a populated place, drove at a speed probably well over 100 km/h ? What exactly determined the need to drive at such a high speed and put the lives and health of citizens at risk?
It struck me that the front seat of the NSO car was broken and had gone forward, this clearly shows that the person riding in the back was not wearing a seat belt. Why did Mr. Kiril Petkov and his PR allow themselves to violate the Social Security Act and did not wear their seat belts? From memory some time ago it was Mr. Petkov who declared war on the war on the roads? Road safety is an expert, not a political problem, and the sooner they realize it, the more likely it is that we will soon reduce the number of victims and injuries as a result of road accidents.
