The Minister of Health Dr. Galya Kondeva released the director of the "Health Investment Company for Children's Hospital" Nikolay Borisov.
The former Minister of Health, Prof. Hristo Hinkov, commented on the topic in the show "Supportive People". on Bulgaria ON AIR, quoted by novini.bg.
"I read the reasons on the website of the Ministry of Health for his release and I can say that what is written is at least not true. For example, that there is no business plan, that the conclusion of the contract with the company for the demolition of the hospital has been unlawfully delayed is not true at all. Because on April 5, the decision of the Administrative Court came out, as a result of a complaint by one of the companies applying for the public procurement, after the CPC also delayed its decision for quite a long time, then the Administrative Court. It has been about 8 months, maybe more, since the announcement of the public order for a company to demolish the buildings for the future hospital. This is extremely manipulative as a motive to release the director of this company," said Prof. Hinkov.
