Official Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Violeta Koritarova, ordered to immediately initiate disciplinary proceedings against the director of the Regional Road Administration – Varna engineer Yavor Pasev and the head of the department "Investment and repair activities" in OPU – Varna Sevdalina Kazelova.
An inspection found that immediately after the accident with the NSO car, the road section where the accident happened was asphalted. Obviously, the question is - why and what made these actions urgent?
While the disciplinary proceedings are ongoing, the employees are suspended from work.
OPU-Varna employees, by their actions or inactions, have allowed the asphalting of part of a section of the Varna-Dobrich road, at the exit of the Aksakovo municipality, where a few days ago there was a serious road accident that ended with the loss of human life.
