She stated that the ministry is shortening the internal deadlines for moving construction documentation. There are a lot of activities to demolish the old building and clear the land, commented Koritarova, but she did not commit to a deadline for the completion of the construction.
On the occasion of the repair of the "Danube Bridge" under Ruse, which starts at the end of June, the caretaker minister said that it will not exacerbate the "crossing crisis". At times there may be delays because one of the lanes will be partially closed. There will be a full closure for a short time, but it won't be in the first year of construction. The renovation is expected to be completed within two years, Violeta Koritarova also pointed out.
The surface of the highway "Thrakia" in the area of Yambol and Sliven is bad, it will be repaired in the fall. Work continues on the "Hemus" highway, after being inactive for some time. Now these areas need to be rehabilitated to become a construction site. It is expected that 17 km will be ready this year, and another 26 km of it next year, said Koritarova and added that at the same time, two of the tunnels of the "Hemus" repair works will be completed by the end of the month.
