The event "Hello, Cosmos!" is opened in Sofia, organized by the Atlantic Club under the patronage of the Ministry of education and science, NOVA reported.
Minister Galin Tsokov will open the forum, which will be attended by 1000 children from all over Bulgaria in the “John Atanasov” of “Sofia Tech Park”.
A special guest at the festival is astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegría, who will answer questions from the participants.
The program includes interactive experiences, lectures and demonstrations, including a special forces parachute jump.
The goal of the festival is to inspire children to dream about space and develop an interest in science and technology.
