If we have a criminal like him, who has been convicted in three countries, whom the state cannot find and bring to serve his sentences, and at the same time we have a blatant use of the judicial institutions for how people in legitimate elected office are beaten spelled out by statute for some fabricated signals. In this way, the state is taken over by people who control the judicial system. The case of TV producer Niko Tuparev, in which the prosecution intervened in a purely commercial dispute, is the same demonstration of the conquered state. ... According to the journalist, attempts to reform the judicial system and "to serve society and the law are constantly being sabotaged by representatives of the government such as Delyan Peevski and representatives of GERB".
"I am almost certain that the changes to the Constitution will fall in the Constitutional Court. This is the grip of Peevski and Boyko Borisov", predicts Yovo Nikolov.
"At the moment, Peevski is raiding the DPS party, because he has been in the business wing of the DPS for a long time. It's not a secret. There are successes in business, in quotation marks, because it is known that everything he touches has failed. Peevski is now displacing Dogan, and this purge of Dogan's people from key positions in districts is proof that Peevski is trying to control this party," commented the journalist and predicted that society is currently lethargic, but when it sees a danger to the moral foundations of the state - the public's anger will fall on Delyan Peevski.
