From "Yes, Bulgaria" propose that the coalition unite around the assessment that the PP-DB can engage in efforts to obtain and/or realize a third term in the 50th National Assembly only if the readiness to form a broad programmatic majority around a package of anti-corruption reforms is established, aimed at eliminating the "Peevski" model, completing the judicial reform and stabilizing the parliamentary republic. In particular, it should be borne in mind that the main task is to liberate the top of the judiciary from the previous influences on it through the election of a new parliamentary quota in the SJC and VPS and a new composition of the IJSC. This is indicated by the party in a position distributed to the media, quoted by BNT.
The party assesses the way the first mandate failed and the processes in the DPS as a significant new political condition and consider that any reasonable opportunity to dismantle the "Peevski" by implementing the listed reforms should be used and its recharge should be countered.
"In this situation, the third mandate, implemented as non-partisan and national, can be the only platform for finding a solution to the problems and tasks within the framework of the 50th National Assembly,", the formation also points out.
From "Yes, Bulgaria" they also propose to develop and announce a plan for consultations with the other political forces to draw up and adopt a declaration of the National Assembly "To strengthen the parliamentary republic by continuing the reforms".
"If, on the basis of this declaration, it is established that there is a majority in favor of reforms, a negotiation plan for an agreement on the broadcasting of a cabinet with a limited mandate (only the implementation of the above reforms) and for a limited period (9 - 12 months), and his tasks include continuing Bulgaria's European integration and strengthening our geopolitical orientation. After approving this plan, the PP-DB can make a final decision regarding support for broadcasting a third-term government", the party also states.
