Temporarily closed from today will be an important road section in Pernik. The measure was imposed because of the starting replacement of water and sewage pipes between Blvd. "Yuriy Gagarin" and "Strymon" in the "Hard meadows" district. The activities are part of the water cycle project.
This was announced by the municipal administration.
In order to ease traffic and the movement of vehicles, a temporary organization is being introduced, affecting bus lines number one and seven.
The Municipality of Pernik specifies that "Brodo" street will be open to traffic, and those living in the "Humni dol" district will have the opportunity to move along "Georgi Mamarchev" Street. The exit from the neighborhood will take place along "Strymon" street. and "Khumni dol" road junction. There will also be difficulties in the movement of cars coming from the outer city road.
For freight vehicles traveling to Serbia through the "Strezimirovtsi" checkpoint, detour routes are introduced through the "Batanovtsi" road junction. and the town of Breznik.
In connection with the repair, the "Beli Breg" stop will temporarily not function. for lines number one and seven.
In June this year a temporary organization of traffic in Pernik was imposed due to the construction of a new pedestrian bridge over the Struma River on "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" in the area of the neighborhoods "Dimova Mahala" and "Humni dol".
