Every crisis has a way out, including the political one. The Constitution provides the opportunity and this is the most legitimate way out through the ballot. The problem is that voter turnout has declined and frequent elections have led to voter withdrawal, and politicians have begun to underestimate the electorate. This was commented by the professor of Constitutional Law Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova in "Day ON AIR".
"He will be sacrificed to reduce the tension between the caretaker government and one of the parliamentary groups. Mr. Stoyanov is from the circles of the Ministry of the Interior and the employees perceive him as one of their own. With the appointment of Kalin Stoyanov as minister, he is no longer one of the officials. He is their leader. He will be removed and will not be in the next official government", Prof. Kiselova commented to Bulgaria ON AIR.
The candidate for interim prime minister, Gorica Grancharova - Kozhareva, has had conversations with those who will not stay, she believes.
"Purely everyday ministers are being sought who have other importance. Those who will remain will be invited at the end of this long week that President Radev has given. The structure will be the same. This government should remove the accumulated tension", predicts Prof. Kiselova.
"Since the last hours, there has been a problem after a child of an MIA employee used the service weapon. One such official incident speaks of even greater tension in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Once problems have started, every thing, even good, will not be counted, but the negatives will be rewritten to him. Some politicians think that the denouement will come with the American elections on November 5. Our elections are on October 20. We may find ourselves in a different situation, because a key player, such as the "Movement for Rights and Freedoms", may not be able to register to participate in the elections,", the guest stressed.
The political elite should challenge voters with public causes, according to Prof. Kiselova. According to her, the legislative proposal for the SJC to elect the big three only with members who have a full mandate will not become a reality.
