"I cannot disclose details of the loan, as a pre-trial investigation is currently underway. But, in our opinion, even then it seemed that a large amount of money had been allocated, and the collateral was far from having the value it should have," he added.
BBR assists the institutions, Arabadzhiev also pointed out.
