The prosecutor's office conducted an extraordinary action, entering the offices of „ Glavbolgarstroy“ (GBS), MEDIAMALL learned from its sources.
The action was surprising, as information about it was not leaked in advance, as happens in many similar cases.
According to the initial information, the action is based on reports of laundering and misuse of European funds in extremely large quantities. For this purpose, multiple legal entities were used.
The action is carried out in the context of the investigation of the European Public Prosecutor's Office in “Bulgartransgaz” and the gas storage in “Chiren”. It is about millions of European money that have been “laundered” with placed persons and on whom subsequently no taxes were paid.
