A seven-year-old child in serious condition was transported by the medical helicopter from Pleven to Sofia. The child was injured in a traffic accident.

He was initially placed in the University General Hospital for active treatment "Dr. Georgi Stranski" in Pleven, but after an assessment by the medical specialists, in view of the nature of the traumatic injuries, a signal was given about the need to transfer to another medical facility.
The helicopter landed on the hospital helipad of the capital hospital "Lozenets", from where a team of the University General Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine "N. I. Pirogov" takes the child and transports him to the medical facility.
