Pargov: Stoyanov showed will and professional qualities, but on the other hand he is turning into a political figure - 1

Constitutional changes led to being laughed at and mocked. The possible options for prime minister and minister can be expanded. This was stated by Kaloyan Pargov from the National Council of the BSP in the program "The Day ON AIR".

According to him, acting interior minister Kalin Stoyanov, on the one hand, has shown will and professional qualities, but on the other hand, apart from being a professional who grew out of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, he is becoming a political figure. According to Pargov, this is the "apple of discord".

Police officers came out to protest in defense of Kalin Stoyanov

"The opinion of the trade unions must be respected. The protest is hardly spontaneous. Every single protest is organized. Police officers are also citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria. Obviously, they can also protest about who should rule them. At the moment, we are in the disintegration of statehood, institutions and systems. This is a big problem," Pargov emphasized to Bulgaria ON AIR.

He noted that Rumen Radev has been on the political field since he was elected president. Pargov reminded that Radev started the second term with an impressive number of voters who supported him.

"The support with which he was elected, against the background of the current turnout, stands in stark contrast. Maybe it gives him confidence. Mrs. Kozhareva was elected by the National Assembly. She does not have the political support, electoral, that the president has. Kozhareva herself showed character and said that she cares about this office", recalled Pargov.
He is of the opinion that when there is such a dispute about ministers, it is more appropriate to make the corresponding change, because "there is no way that the stubbornness of one minister can hinder the whole procedure".

"We all complain about the phenomenon of illegitimate vote. The Ministry of the Interior participates in the organization of the election process. The issue is trust in the interior minister - to ensure impartiality. This is the problem of the whole story", Pargov thinks.
