This was stated by the professor of Constitutional Law Dr. Orlin Kolev, quoted by Bulgaria ON AIR.
"The crisis is not constitutional, the crisis is political, and this is due to the inability of the National Assembly to complete the list, which was provided for in the constitutional text, from among which the president should choose as ex-officio prime minister," said the constitutionalist Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova.< br />
"This is a precedent. Until now, we have not had such a text of the Constitution. "This is the first time this is happening," emphasized Dr. Kolev.
