The Central Operations Bureau of the DPS meets at 2 p.m. in Rosenets, BNT reported.
In order for the meeting to be legitimate, it is necessary that at least 16 people from the 24 members of the bureau be present, because according to the statute, it meets with a quorum of 2/3 of the composition and makes decisions with a simple majority of the members present.
The meeting was convened by the honorary chairman of DPS - Ahmed Dogan.
