A fire has engulfed the area around the village of Kamenar, located above Varna. The fire is spreading rapidly near the village, heading dangerously towards the cottage area.
This was announced by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Varna.
Three fire teams have been mobilized to the scene and are doing everything possible to prevent the flames from reaching the properties.
Forestry officials are actively involved in extinguishing the fire, trying to limit its spread.
Additionally alarming is the fact that a new fire has broken out in the area of the pumping station, which was extinguished earlier today. Several more teams from the fire service have been sent to deal with the situation.
