The problem, which became known after the disappearance of seasonal workers from Sunny Beach, has been around for several years and is already bothering the business. Therefore, from there, they are considering measures to regulate the hiring of labor from third countries and expect the state to better regulate the process.
Most often, workers with work visas from Bulgaria go to Europe. The visa may grant them the right to move within the territory of the European Union, but the work permit is only for the country for which it is issued.
This creates a problem for both employees and employers and for the member states, explains Maria Mincheva - Deputy President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
