A report of a person who died in the Cardiology Department was received by the Medical Center-Razgrad on August 26.
At the request of the relatives, on August 27, the body of the 49-year-old man was examined by a pathologist from Burgas, who found blood in the abdominal cavity.
On August 28, an autopsy was performed by the medical examiner of the Medical Center-Razgrad, who concluded that the hemorrhages on the inner side of the rib cage were in a cause-and-effect relationship with the death.
A 24-year-old man from Isperih was detained as an accomplice to the committed act. The case was reported to the district attorney.
