How can factions register in DPS and BSP? - 1

A little before< /span> the elections issues around DPS and BSP are span> more than answers. What is the status of leadership and who is legitimate > to manage the party formations. Battles between formations emerge from political scene and most-probably will be ported to < span>court. For this what are possible legal moves - the lawyer and former MP of NDSV < span>Mincho Spasov before euronewsbulgaria.com.

Here is what he shared:

With BSP, the case is easier – he already found his pronouncement in a decision of the CEC, which accepted that Cornelia Ninova appears as representing the "BSP for Bulgaria" coalition. But only as the chairman of the coalition, not as the chairman of the BSP. And CEC – right, I think – agreed that he would accept the documents prepared by the representatives of the interim leadership of the BSP.

For DPS, things are really complicated. We are currently in a sort of chess game where the players are playing, preparing their moves a few steps ahead… It seems to me that we should first discuss the issue if two independent requests are submitted to the CEC, two independent sets of documents: one - signed by Jevdet Chakarov, the other – by Delyan Peevski. The problem with these two stand-alone requests for me will be that they can both be rejected as the DPS is represented cumulatively by both Chairs.
