Dense police a cordon blocked the approach to the street in the capital's "Boyana" district, where members and sympathizers of the DPS from Ahmed Dogan's group gathered today. There is one of the properties inhabited over the years by the honorary chairman of the party, bTV reported.
„The rules of the rule of law are at serious risk”, said Jevdet Chakarov from the DPS. It is hardly permissible, since here, in the property where Dr. Ahmed Dogan lived and lives, and there is a tenancy agreement, it is entered with self-government and we do not know who these people are right inside, where there is a lot of documentation of the party, a very large part of the archive is there. "We are very concerned," he said.
"People have come here in a peaceful way to protest. We would like to know inside if everything is there, if it is protected. At the moment, there are only question marks, what is the situation inside the property", Chakarov pointed out.
In his words, sympathizers and members of the DPS are gathering in the “March for Democracy”, which aims at the normal functioning of democracy in the country, the rule of law, and the rule of law.
"No one has explained to us why today people are at such a serious distance from what we were yesterday,", he commented on the dense police cordon at the approach to the street.
"Our suggestion yesterday was that representatives of the police enter, together with Ahmed Dogan's son, to do an inspection," added Chakarov.
In his words, it is not about real estate or property, but about trampling on normal legal frameworks and violations of the legal norm.
Even when there is a rental relationship, the tenant has the right to export his property, Chakarov added.
