The Supreme Administrative Court will considered today two appeals filed by Coalition “Movement for Rights and Freedoms – New beginning“, represented by Bajram Bajram and Iskra Mihailova – Koparova, BNT reported.
The first appeal is against the decisions of the CEC to refuse registration of the coalition to participate in the new elections on October 20, it is about the partial local vote, which will be held a week before the parliamentary one. The second complaint is about the refused registration of the coalition to participate in the elections for people's representatives. Yesterday, the Supreme Administrative Court left without consideration the two appeals of the faction around Peevski against the decisions by which the CEC refused to delete the registration of DPS for participation in the partial local elections on October 20.
The court left the complaints without consideration because of the opposite actions of the lawyers authorized by the two chairmen of the party - Delyan Peevski and Jevdet Chakarov. According to the court composition, it thus becomes impossible to establish what the will of the DPS is as a party, and the court cannot resolve disputes between the two chairmen, each of whom has the authority to represent the DPS.
