The one open proceeding is on the complaint of "Vratsa - PIM 5" DZZD against the decision of NPP "Kozloduy" for the repair of road surfaces on departmental roads on the territory of the nuclear power plant. The other open proceeding, which the CPC initiated, is on the complaint of "Agrotrans TMT" Ltd. against the decision of the NPP "Kozloduy" for the supply of iodine filters with a detachable structure for the ventilation systems of 5.6 EB and SK-3.
Upon complaint of "Anticell Bulgaria" Ltd. KPK initiates open proceedings against the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency against the decision of the Agency for the supply of specialized laboratory equipment under the project "Increasing the capacity of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, direct connection with prevention and overcoming the risk of infectious diseases on farm animals, as well as the fight against them" under the program for the development of rural areas 2014-2020.
