The most important thing was the left unification. And the fact that we managed to make "BSP - United Left", now a coalition, was the most important sign and the most important thing that had to be done. In Bulgaria and in every country, left and right are needed. And the fact that the left fell from 1 million voters to 150 thousand is a huge problem. Not only for the left, but for the BSP. He is a problem for our country. And so this left alliance was the core. This is what he commented in the studio of "The day begins with Georgi Lyubenov" the chairman of the PG of "BSP for Bulgaria" Borislav Gutsanov.
Gutsanov thanked the leaders of the political parties in the new left alliance - Maya Manolova, Tatiana Doncheva, Rumen Petkov, President Georgi Parvanov, Kostadin Paskalev, Alexander Tomov:
"They all took a step aside and gave their young faces for the sheets. And these are experienced parliamentarians, experienced politicians. The fact that each of us - both they and we - have realized that we are already together, that we have drunk the bitter cup of this separation, speaks already that we have walked a path. Of course, both divisions and unification are hard processes, long processes. This cannot be done in a week, in a day. A huge thank you to all these leaders because it made it possible to become us. And that is the most important thing."
Borislav Gutsanov believes that there is no way that BSP - United Left won't have a higher result in the upcoming elections.
