Two people died after a fire engulfed their home in the village of Zamfir near Lom. The one-story adobe house has completely burned down, BNR reports.
The fire broke out shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday morning. The police in Lom received a report of a burning house in the village of Zamfir.
Investigators determined that the fire was caused by negligence. The firefighters found two bodies under the remains of the house.
The police are establishing their identities. Forensic examinations have been appointed. The bodies are believed to be those of the residents of the address, who are aged 69 and 54.
The bodies were sent for autopsy to the hospital in Montana. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case. The policemen from Lom continue the work.
