On Friday, September 20, the DPS submitted to the Sofia City Court application for entering a change in the party register.
In the application, they were aware of the decision of the CSO, by which Delyan Peevski was excluded from the DPS. On this basis, the removal of Peevski as a representative of the DPS is requested.
The request was submitted at the last moment before the one-month period from the decision was made.
The application has been assigned to a judge and the DPS has paid the fee for its consideration. The allocation was made yesterday.
The application will be considered within one month at an open meeting.
