National Revenue Agency Auctions 1,394 Firearms - Pistols Total Value approximately BGN 170,000. The auction will be held on October 22, 2024, in the building of the TD of the NRA Sofia at the address: ”Gen. Y. V. Gurko” No. 12, fl. 2 from 11.00 a.m.
Pistols “Makarov“ and “AR-MI“ will be offered in groups rather than individually, and prospective buyers may bid for one or more groups. Proposals for participation in the auction are submitted for each group separately in the period 15-17.10.2024. Only persons who hold the necessary licenses under the Law on Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Pyrotechnics, who have paid a deposit in the amount of 20% of the starting auction price for the respective group.
Some of the weapons were seized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs from owners whose permits had expired, and others were confiscated from their owners by court or prosecutorial acts.
The pistols are stored in the Central Weapons Warehouse of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where inspections will be organized for those interested from October 15 to 17, 2024. For this purpose, applicants must submit a preliminary application to the National Revenue Agency by October 4, 2024, in order to be granted access.
