Employees of the National Revenue Agency and National Revenue Agency revealed a scheme for avoiding the payment of tax obligations
The scheme was revealed during a special operation conducted on October 1 and 2 by employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police. and NRA teams.
In the course of the actions taken, a case of commercial activity on the Internet leading to tax evasion and avoidance of declaration and payment of taxes and social security contributions was established in relation to numerous companies.
A warehouse storing goods of various companies carrying out commercial activity via the Internet was discovered. During the subsequent procedural-investigative actions, more than 9,000 items bearing the signs of protected trademarks were found and seized in the warehouse, for which a pre-trial proceeding was initiated in the Eighth RU-SDVR. The employees of the NRA have carried out an inventory and commissioned tax audits.
Work on documenting the overall criminal activity continues. Actions continue to identify all involved persons and commercial companies in the scheme.
