The Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) opens open proceedings against Agency "Road Infrastructure" (API) on the complaint of "Vadim" Ltd. The decision of the CPC is published on the website of the Commission.
The complaint was submitted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and is against the API's decision to provide security through signal and security equipment (SOT) and live, unarmed, round-the-clock security of state-owned properties managed by the Agency. specified BTA.
