The Minister of Education and Science Prof. Galin Tsokov will check the readiness and organization for the measurement of natural science skills in the 9th grade, dariknews.bg reported.
He will visit the Professional High School of Construction, Architecture and Geodesy “Angel Popov“ in Veliko Tarnovo.
For the first time, such a large-scale study among students will be conducted entirely on electronic devices.
In order to create better organization and peace in the system, the Ministry of Education and Science made it possible to measure skills among ninth graders on two dates – October 14 and 15, and each of them will start at 8:00.
With the tests including tasks to measure skills in the field of science, the teachers of the relevant subjects will be supported in the setting and assessment of this type of tasks, and different platforms will be tested which in the future could support the teaching, preparation and delivery of various types of exams and tests. There will also be a focus on important topics related to the PISA 2025 international study, and students will be introduced to the type of tasks and the environment in which some of them will work during the actual study.
